A lifelong Long Island native, Catherine brings a unique combination of real estate knowledge, construction experience, design expertise, and marketing insight to every client relationship.

Rooted in Long Island

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, Catherine developed an appreciation for architecture, homebuilding, and design from an early age. With her family owning one of Long Island’s prominent general construction companies, she gained firsthand exposure to the entire homebuilding process, from undeveloped land and initial plans to construction, design, and the finishing details that make a house feel like home.

Since 2020, Catherine has worked full-time with Modern Age Home Builders, where she serves as Office Manager and is involved throughout the building process. Her experience includes assisting with exterior and interior design decisions, coordinating various aspects of construction, and managing the company’s media and marketing presence.

This hands-on experience gives Catherine a perspective that goes beyond the typical showing. She understands how homes come together, recognizes details that others may overlook, and can help clients see both the value and potential in a property.

For Catherine, real estate is about more than buying or selling a house. It’s about understanding what her clients are looking for and helping them confidently find the place that feels right.
